Epsom's premier fine dining restaurant hosts gastronomic
delight
Epsom & Ewell's Mayor there to savour it
On Tuesday 13th January [2010], 143 The Canopy
restaurant – Epsom's premier fine dining establishment - played host to a
gastronomic extravaganza – despite sub-zero temperatures outside. The event - a
special gastronomic seven course meal prepared by the restaurant's own chefs
(Joyce Mooney & Tony Wilson) –
was sponsored by the Thames Valley Bailliage of the Chaîne des
Rôtisseurs de Grande Bretagne.
Guest of honour was the Mayor of Epsom – Jan
Mason accompanied by a number of leading chefs and representatives from the Chaîne - Bob Hughes, Vic Laws, and Peter Baics.
Please Note: The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international dining club. It aims to be unique in bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining linked by a wonderful camaraderie.
